Mr. Syed Samsaam Ali Rizvi is the founder chairman of the Global Helpline Welfare Organization that is performing its welfare activities since the year 2003. He aims to remove poverty and help poor people under the shadow of GHWO which is one of the earliest-established humanitarian-based charitable organization.
